摘 要: 以红曲霉为出发菌株,用酶法制备原生质体,然后通过紫外线和超声波诱变方法对其复合诱变来选育高产红曲色素的菌株。试验结果表明:在超声波20min+紫外线100s的复合诱变条件下,红曲霉菌发酵产红曲色素色价值可高达128.8U/mL,与出发菌株相比,色价提高了12.6%~69.03%。经3次传代培养,色价稳定。 Monascus was used as the starting strain; the protoplast of Monascus strain was prepared by enzyme digesting method. Then the high-yield red pigment of Monascus strain was breeded and selected through ultrasonic and UV complex mutation method. The results showed that the pigment value of solid fermentation of monascus can reach maximum 128.8 U/ml in the conditions of UV 20 minutes and Ultrasonic 100 seconds complex mutation. Compared to the starting strain, the value was increased ranging from 12.6% to 69.03%. The stable genotype was verified through three times of transferring of culture.
