摘 要: 分析了真空自耗+真空自耗凝壳复合方法冶炼工业尺寸TiAl合金铸锭的冶金质量,并在Al元素分布的均匀性、氧含量和铸锭组织方面与单步真空自耗电极电弧冶炼方法制备的铸锭进行了对比。结果表明:真空自耗+真空自耗凝壳复合方法可以制备出完整、无裂纹的TiAl合金铸锭;与单步真空自耗电极电弧冶炼制备铸锭相比,该方法制备的TiAl合金铸锭,不同位置Al含量波动小,铸锭实测成分与设计成分偏差小。观察发现,铸锭组织为粗大柱状晶组织,铸锭中心位置柱状晶平均宽度为560μm,R/2位置柱状晶平均宽度为800μm,边缘位置2000μm。 This paper analyses the characteristic of the vacuum arc melting+vacuum arc skull melting process. The quality of the ingot was evaluated with respect to Al concentration, oxygen content and microstructure. It was found that the ingot produced by this process was crack-free and had homogeneous Al concentration, microstructure of the ingot was columnar grain, and the grain size of fridge R/2 and center was 560μm, 800μm, 2000 μm respectively.
