摘　　要： 通过剖析一所高校图书馆馆藏鲁迅著作高"复本"量与必要版本匮乏的矛盾,探讨了在当前新的出版环境下,图书采访人员的查重方法,以及采选工作应该具备的判断力与无法具备的学科背景之间的矛盾及其可能的解决方案。 By analyzing the contradiction between the large numbers of Lu Xun＇s works and the scarcity of some necessary versions in a university, the article explores the method to check the reduplication of books employed by the librarians and the conflict between the ability of judgment required for better selec- tion and purchase and the lack of disciplinary background knowledge in the current environment of publication. Finally the author gives possible solutions to the problems.
