摘 要: [目的]研究植物提取物的促生根活性,为开发高效、安全、与环境友好的新型天然源生根剂奠定基础。[方法]采用绿豆生根法,研究33种植物提取物对绿豆切段生根的促进作用。[结果]在1 mg/ml浓度下,紫茎泽兰(茎和叶)、柳杉(茎和叶)、云南松(茎)、云南松(叶)、杜鹃花(叶)、华山松(叶)、荔枝(皮)、华山松(果)和水冬瓜(叶)9种植物提取物对绿豆切段生根有很强的促进作用,生根促进率均达100%以上;其中紫茎泽兰(茎和叶)提取物的促生根作用最强,达(1 068.42±7.87)%,极显著高于其他植物提取物。[结论]紫茎泽兰(茎和叶)、柳杉(茎和叶)、云南松(茎)、云南松(叶)、杜鹃花(叶)、华山松(叶)、荔枝(皮)、华山松(果)和水冬瓜(叶)9种植物中含有促生根活性较强的物质,可进一步研究开发天然源生根剂。 [Objective] The basis of the development of new type of natural rooting agent with high-efficiency,safety and environment friendship was laid through the research on the rooting activity of the extract.[Method] The promotion of the extracts from 33 plants to the rooting activity of green bean stem-cutting was tested.[Results] At the treatment of 1 mg/ml,Phaseolus radiate.the extracts from 9 plants: Eupatorium adenophorum(stem and leaf),Cryptomeria fortunei(stem and leaf),Pinus yunnanensis(stem),Pinus yunnanensis(leaf),Rhododendron simsii(leaf),Pinus armandii(leaf),Litchi chinensis(pericarp),Pinus armandii(fruit) and Alnus cremastogyne(leaf) had strong promotion to rooting and the rooting rates of all were over 100%.The extract from Eupatorium adenophorum(stem and leaf) showed the strongest bioactivity of rooting promotion.[Conclusion] The 9 plants contained the intensively active material in rooting promotion,which could be developed as natural rooting agent.
