摘 要: 针对鼠标上盖的结构特点,在UG5.0软件平台上,利用UG/Moldwizard模块,采用一模两件方案,设计与产品参数相关的三维实体注塑模具。利用UG/CAM模块,分析模具型腔的数控加工工艺,生成刀具加工轨迹并进行模拟仿真,最后生成数控程序;从而实现了模具设计与制造的一体化,缩短了模具制造周期。 For the structure of the mouse cover,in the UGS.0 software platform, using UG / Moldwizard module, a twomode and three-dimensional entities injection mold related to product is designed. Using UG / CAM module,the NC machining process of the the mold cavity is analysed, tool path is generated and simulated,and then the CNC program is generated. Integration of mold design and machining is realized and the mold manufacturing cycle is shortened.
