摘　　要： 传统产业结构注重产业构成比例和不同产业部门之间的投入产出联系,注重产业结构的高级化发展,却忽视了生态要素的制约,忽视产业和自然之间的物质能量和信息交换而难以可持续发展。本文根据产业生态学理论,探讨以资源承载力和可持续发展能力为基础的生态化结构调整,提出产业结构的调整与优化要注意与环境的适应性和产业多样化,并加强环保产业在国民经济中的比重。通过产业结构的生态化调整解决产业与环境冲突,对于促进经济与环境的协调持续发展具有一定的理论与现实意义。 Traditional industrial structure focus on the proportion of the structure, the input-output linkages between different sectors, and the up-grade structural development, but neglects the material, energy and information exchange between the industry and the nature, and also ignores the constraints of the ecological en- vironment, so it＇s difficult to sustainable development. According to Industrial Ecology, this paper explores the industrial structure ecological adjustment based on resources carrying capacity and sustainability, it suggests that industrial adjustment and optimization should put more attention to environmental adaptability, keep industrial diversification, and strengthen the proportion of environmental industry in Gross Domestic Production. It is an efficient way to resolve the conflict between industry and the environment by ecological structural adjustment, and it＇s also have theoretical and practical valuable to promote the coordination and sustainable development between economic and environment.
