摘 要: 研究隆朋麻醉对犬4种促炎因子(IL-1β、IL-2、IL-8及TNF-α)的影响。12只健康犬分别于麻醉前(0 h)、麻醉后0.5、2、8、24、48、72 h及120 h共8个时间点,空腹采5 mL血离心取血清,动态检测IL-1β、IL-2、IL-8及TNF-α水平。结果为:IL-1β组只有麻醉后2 h的血清中IL-1β浓度显著低于0 h对照值(P<0.05),其他各组的IL-1β浓度虽低于与0 h对照值,但比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。IL-2在麻醉后出现下降趋势,在麻醉后48 h显著低于0 h对照值(P<0.05),之后开始上升并于120 h基本恢复正常。IL-8组各时间点与0 h对照值比较皆差异不显著(P>0.05)。TNF-α在麻醉后出现下降趋势,其中24、48 h与0 h对照值比较差异显著(P<0.05),48 h后出现上升趋势,72 h与0 h对照值比较已差异不显著(P>0.05),120 h基本回复正常。隆朋单一麻醉对犬4种细胞因子存在一定影响,各细胞因子在120 h后基本恢复正常。 To investigate the effects of the anesthesia by Rompum on four cytokines in dogs, we collected blood samples from 12 healthy dogs 0(before the anesthesia), 0. 5,2,8,24,48,72 and 120 h after the anesthesia for detecting the levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-8 and TNF-α in blood. The results showed that the concentrations of IL-1t3 in serum 2 h after the anesthesia was significantly lower than that of controls (P〈 0.05) ,the others didn't show differences as compared to the controls (P〉0. 05). The concentrations of IL-2 has a decreased trend after the anesthesia, and was significantly lower than that, of the controls after the anesthesia(P〈0.05),then it increased up to normal level 120 h after the anesthesia. There were no changes in the concentrations of IL-8 at each timing points as compared to that of controls (P〉0.05). The concentration of TNF-α decreased after the anesthesia significantly lower than that of controls 24 and 48 h after the anesthesia (P〈0.05) ,but it increased 48 h after the anesthesia and returned to the normal 120 h after the anesthesia. Therefore, the anesthesia by Rompum has influenced on cytokines in dogs.
