摘 要: 稳定性是生物柴油的重要质量参数之一,我国目前还未制订生物柴油贮藏稳定性的检测标准方法和技术指标。为此,分别以地沟油、猪油、棕榈油、花生油等为原料,制备了生物柴油(以CaO为催化剂,75℃回流3h,分离、精制,室温存放于玻璃瓶容器中),研究了制备的生物柴油与0#柴油以不同比例混合后的稳定性情况,分别测定了混合柴油在贮存不同时间的酸值、运动黏度和贮存安定性。结果表明:①生物柴油的稳定性能略差于矿物柴油的稳定性能,在以不同原料制备的生物柴油中,以地沟油为原料制备的生物柴油贮存稳定性最差;②在不同比例的生物柴油调合燃料油中,随着生物柴油混合比例的增大,其稳定性也相应下降;以地沟油为原料制备的生物柴油的混合油,稳定性下降最为明显。建议生物柴油的混合比例不超过50%,贮存时间不超过80d为宜。 The stability is one of the major parameters for the quality assessment of biodiesel oil.However,there are neither standard inspection methods nor technical indexes for the storage stability of biodiesel oil at present in China.Therefore,in an experimental study,the biodiesel oil was first prepared with different raw materials such as hogwash,lard,palm,and peanut oils,and then stored in glass vessels at the indoors temperature after separation and refining process (with CaO as the catalyst,and reflux extraction for 3 hours at 75 ℃).Thus,we studied the storage stability of the diesel 0 (made by the Maoming Petrochemical Company) mixed with the prepared biodiesel in this experiment by different proportions,and determined the acid value,kinematic viscosity,and storage invariability of this mixed diesel after different time of storage.Results showed that a.the stability of biodiesel is lower than the diesel 0,and the prepared biodiesel with hogwash oil has the lowest stability among the prepared biodiesel with different raw materials;b.when the prepared biodiesel was mixed with the diesel 0,the larger the proportion of the prepared biodiesel,the lower the stability of the mixed fuel oil,especially that with the hogwash oil as raw materials.Hereby,it is suggested that the proportion of biodiesel should be no more than 50%,and the storage time should be less than 80 days.
