摘 要: 采用有限元方法对汽车用钢50Cr4V棒材连轧过程温度场进行了解析,解出了轧件横断面温度场并绘制连轧过程中轧件温度变化曲线,可以看出变形区热传导作用对轧件表面温度有较大影响,现场实测表明,计算结果与实测值吻合良好. The temperature field of 50Cr4V automobile gear steel during continuous rolling was simulated by FEM. The temperature variation and its features were obtained. It can be obviously concluded that thermal conduction has great effects on the results of the surface temperature. It has been founded that the results by FEM agree with the practical values of temperature.
