摘 要: 随着凉茶被列为第一批国家"非物质文化遗产"名录,其市场迅速扩展,效益显著提高。查阅了近10年来有关凉茶的研究成果,对凉茶定义背景、分类、功效、安全性、生产工艺以及发展前景等方面进行了概述。 After being listed in the first official results of national"Intangible Cultural Heritage", the market of herbal tea has grown rapidly and its economic benefits has improved significantly. Based on widely collected papers of herbal tea research in recent 10 years, this paper briefly introduces the background, classification, efficacy, safety and production progress of herbal tea.
