摘　　要： 科学发展观是档案管理工作的重要指导思想。落实科学发展观,就是要创新档案管理工作。创新是档案管理工作发展的动力。只有创新,才能保持高校档案事业可持续发展。 Concept of scientific development is an important guiding principle for file management.Implementing the scientific development concept is to innovate the file management.Innovation is the driving force for the sustainable development of universities file management.
