摘　　要： 本文从我国企业目前对竞争情报战争游戏的认知与开展的现状调研入手,分析了在我国实施竞争情报战争游戏的困难。在此基础上,针对我国企业面临的现实环境,提出实施竞争情报战争游戏的解决方案,以推动企业在市场竞争中实现决策的科学化。 Proceeding from the investigation of the status quo of the cognition and development of the competitive intelligence wargaming in enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the difficulties in utilizing this kind of competitive intelligence analysis tool in China. Base on this and in accordance with the actual environment of the Chinese enterprises, the paper brings forward the solutions of implementing competitive intelligence wargaming so as to push the enterprises in China to make scientific decisions in market competition.
