摘　　要： 王龙溪与罗念庵往复多年的思想争议,其分歧在于对良知不同体悟背景下的各说各道,二人分别发挥了阳明致良知教顿悟与渐修的两个方向。同时,随着念庵致知工夫的不断深入,他超出了中期的"主静"说,对阳明学体用一源、即用见体的理路逐步认同,晚年渐趋化境,表明致良知教的顿、渐两大路径殊途同归,通向同一个天德流行之化境。 The intellectual disputes between Wang Longxi and Luo Nian＇an are studied in the scenario of their different personal ＂experience＂ in attaining the innate knowledge,thus to sort out their difference in problem setup,practice approaches,and way of expressions.Their difference is found in personal experience of innate conscience that led to their difference in expression and description of the same,resulting in their contributions to the Yangming School by two approaches of practice to attaining innate knowledge,respectively sudden enlightenment（dunwu）and gradual cultivation（jianxiu）.On the other hand,with his gradual practice in attaining the innate knowledge,Luo Nian＇an went beyond his metaphase inclination of ＂maintaining quietness＂ to recognize the approach of unity of innate conscience and practice.Toward the end of his life,Luo Nian＇an attained a refined state of innate conscience,implicating the same destination that both sudden enlightenment and gradual cultivation can achieve.
