摘　　要： 我国的成人教育建立在社会经济发展需要的基础上。长期以来,全日制普通本专科教育的发展管理战略为成人教育的发展提供了经验上的指导。但是随着市场经济的不断深化,这种管理战略已不完全适合成人教育特点。如何建立适应成人教育特点的管理战略,培养出更多高质量的应用型、复合型、实用型人才,已成为成人高等教育共同关注的焦点问题。文章结合我国高等学校成人教育管理的实际情况,分析了我国成人教育的必要性,成人教育管理的现状和存在的问题,并就问题的解决,提出了对策和建议:通过创新管理理念,把握管理目标,注重管理过程,优化管理手段,改革管理组织等管理战略来促进成人教育更好地发展。 China＇s adult education is based on the socio-economic development needs. For a long time, the management strategy of full-time general higher education provides the experience guidance to the adult education. But as the deepening of market economy, this management strategy has not entirely suitable for characteristics of adult education. How to set up management strategies which adapt to the characteristics of adult education, and train more high-quality application-oriented, composite type, practical talents, has become the focus issues of adult education. In this paper talked about the actual situation of Chinese colleges and universities management, analysis the necessity of adult education, management status quo of adult education and existing problems, then solve the problem, put forward his own measures and proposals： adoption of innovative management philosophy, grasp the management objectives, focusing on management processes, optimize the management tools, change management strategy to promote the development of adult education.
