摘　　要： "粄"是客家方言的特色词。在各地客家方言中,其使用有较大程度的一致性和丰富性,对外则显示出较强的排他性。本文主要从客家方言丰富多彩的"粄"类词透视客家的民俗风情。全文分四部分:一、客家方言"粄"的独特性;二、客家方言"粄"的一致性;三、客家方言"粄"的丰富性;四、"粄"与客家的民俗风情。 '粄'is a characteristic word in Hakka dialect,with the sound of 'bǎn'.It is used consistently and abundantly to great extent in Hakka speech areas.While it has strong exclusiveness to the external areas.This paper mainly views the Hakka folk-custom from the rich and varied words with '粄' in the following four parts:1,the characteristic of the Hakka word'粄'.2,the consistency of the use of'粄' in Hakka speech areas.3,the abundant use of '粄' in Hakka speech areas.4,'粄' and the Hakka folk-custom.
