摘　　要： 网络的发展促进了人类的全面发展和社会进步,但也产生了众多的网络伦理问题。探讨网络伦理存在的问题,研究网络伦理问题产生的原因,加强网络伦理建设的构想,已经成为我们面对的紧迫问题。 Nowadays the growth of network has caused many problems about the network ethics while it has been improving all - round achievements of mankind and social progress. In order to strengthen the construction of network ethics, it is an urgent task for us to study the problems about the network ethics and their root of such problems.
