摘　　要： 首先分析技术外溢方和接受方的互动机制关系,在此基础上引出外溢技术同化能力的内容和重要性,接下来对我国高技术产业1998—2009年的各个产业间包括外商直接投资在内的全部技术外溢和同化能力进行计量测度,最后结合我国高技术产业的实际情况,分析五大类别产业的同化能力和产业增加值、研发强度以及技术知识存量的互动关系的具体状况,分析同化能力在这个循环体中所扮演的重要角色。 This paper analyzed the dynamism of technology spillover, and led out the content and importance of assimilation capacity,then it measured the technology spillover and assimilation capacity of our high-tech industries from 1998 to 2009.Combined with high-tech industries＇ present situation, this paper also analyzed the dynamic interactions between assimilation capacity, industry value-added,R＆D intensity and technological knowledge stock to find the significant role of assimilation capacity.
