摘 要: 教育实习是师范院校师资培养中的重要环节,然而我国有不少高师院校由于受片面追求"学术性"、"向综合大学看齐"等思想的影响,在教学上不同程度地存在着重知识传授、轻能力培养的倾向,教育实习长期得不到重视。目前,我国的高师教育实习普遍存在观念落后、实习时间仓促、指导流于形式、缺乏稳定实习基地、成绩评定不科学等问题。 Although higher educational practice is a key sector in teacher training in all normal universities, many of them prefer to emphasize on imparting knowledge but underestimate capacity-buiding to varying degrees. Such trend is due to the one-sided accademic pursuit and the idea of emulating the comprehensive universities. Therefore, there is a lack of emphasis on the educational practice over a long period of time.In China, there widespreadly exist some problems in current educational practice such as the backward thinking, the shorthanded practical time, the formalistic guiding, the unstable bases, the unscientific grading system and so on.
