摘　　要： 生态工业园区是依据清洁生产要求,循环经济理念和工业生态学原理而设计建立的一种新型工业园区,企业生态化共生是生态工业园区的主要特征之一。我国生态工业园区多属于政府主导下建立起来的,园区企业之间存在着利益博弈和诚信风险,合作性弱,参与生态共生链网建设的动力不足。运用博弈论对自由市场和政府主导型上下游企业合作博弈分析的基础上,认为促进生态工业园区关联企业参与生态共生链网建设的关键路径是:(1)实现企业生态补偿制度,确保企业既得效益;(2)搭建信息共享平台,促进企业互补合作;(3)实现优势资源整合创新,推进企业高级生态化共生。 The Eco-industrial park is a new one, designed and set up on the base of clean production requirements, concept of circular economy and industrial ecology principles, businesses ecological symbiosis is one of its main features. Eco-Industrial Park is established by government-led in China, the ecological symbiotic chain of network construction to participate is gutless, because the interests of the business game and the integrity of the risk exists, the cooperative among enterprises are weak. After the analysis the free market and government-led co-operation of upstream and downstream enterprises with the game theory, the key paths to promote related businesses into participate in eco-symbiotic chain of network construction in the Eco-industrial park is： i） to ensure that corporate vested benefits with the enterprise ecological compensation system; ii） to build information-sharing platform to facilitate mutual cooperation; iii） integration of advantageous resources to achieve innovation, promote enterprise advanced ecological symbiosis.
