摘 要: 分析并设计了电子套结机的缝制花样格式,即花样存储格式和花样缝制帧的格式,介绍了花样缝制时的用户坐标到机械坐标的转换过程。在结合主轴伺服电机和步进电机的特性的基础上,提出了采用DSP和uC/OS-Ⅱ为控制平台的花样缝制控制系统的控制方法。研究成果已在新型电子套结机系统得到应用和验证,实际应用证明了该控制系统的精确性、可靠性和实用性。 This paper analysed and designed the pattern format of the electro-bar-tacking machine, including the storage format and format of the sewing-frame. Introduced the conversion process of the user coordinates and the machinery coordinates when sewing the pattern. Based on the characteristics of the servo motor and the step motor, put forward a controlling method of the sewing pattern control system using the DSP and the μC/OS-Ⅱ as controlling platform. Researching results has been applied and verified in the intelligent electro-bar-tacking machine. The application results show that the control systems is acurate, reliable and practical.
