摘　　要： 司法诉讼中的电子产品的技术鉴定，有别于一般的技术鉴定。如何更好地协助司法部门判定电子产品法律纠纷中所涉及的技术的问题，是一个很值得研究的问题。本文通过两个相关案例的鉴定过程的解剖，讨论了进行这类鉴定的一般方法。 The technological appraisal of law issues involved in electronic products dif- fers from normal technological appraisal. How to assist courts in evaluating the technological problems of law issues involved in electronic products is well worth investigation. The general methods in conducting this sort of appraisal are discussed in the paper through analysis of appraisal process of two interrelated cases.
