摘　　要： 追求正义是人类的普世性原则,是一切法律秩序的基础。司法权委由法官行使,实现司法正义应是法官根本的价值追求;理性裁判是法官实现司法正义的有效载体;发现法律是法官理性裁判的科学路径;当司法正义实现不能之时,即为法官责任产生之日。 Pursuing justice is an ecumenical principle of human beings, which is also the base of all legal orders. The jurisdiction is performed by judges, whose pursuit of value should be to achieve juridical justices. The rational judgment is the effective carrier for a judge to achieve juridical justice, detecting the law is a scientific approach for a judge to make a rational decision. The day when the juridical justice can not be realized is the day when the judge＇s responsibility arises.
