摘 要: 以社会网络理论为基础,以企业所处社会网络为研究视角,以企业研发服务供求关系为研究对象,基于社会资本和结构洞观点,探讨企业如何构建自身的研发服务社会网络,分析研发服务网络圈所处层级位置不同,网络节点质量、密度和联系强度不同对研发服务供求关系的影响;根据供需双方关系紧密程度的不同,指出了以超越市场关系程度不同为划分依据,研发服务供求关系可划分为市场关系、中间关系以及伙伴关系,并分析了各种关系的特点。 This paper draws on the Social Network Theory and puts the supply-demand relationship of enterprises' R&D service to be the research object. From the perspective of social network where enterprises locate, basing on the views of social capital and structural hole, how the enterprises construct their R&D social network is discussed and the impact of network on the Supply-Demand relationships of R&D service is analyzed in this paper. The Supply-Demand relationships of R&D service can be divided into three kinds: market relationship, medium relationship and partner relationship. Also, the characteristics of the three kinds relationships are discussed.
