摘 要: 区域创新中交互式学习活动的开展已经成为研究的热点问题。本研究探讨了交互式学习的概念内涵,基于已有研究提出了企业在区域中的交互式学习的组成和结构。通过问卷调查并采用验证性因子分析以及高阶因子分析等统计分析方法,对于交互式学习的组成和结构进行了实证检验,为区域创新中交互式学习活动的相关研究提供了一定的实证证据和理论依据。 Interactive learning has become the research focusing on the area of regional innovation.The conception and meaning of interactive learning are elaborated,furthemore the conceptual framework and components of enterprise's interactive learning in regional innovation are put forward.In addition,the methodology of confirmatory factor analysis and high-order factor analysis are adopted to verify the structure and components of interactive learning based on the consolidated data from a questionnaire survey.It could be used as a source of empirical evidence and theoretical proof for further research on the interactive learning activity in regional innovation.
