摘　　要： 基于社会资本和知识创新的企业国际化过程模型描述了"国际社会资本—国际化知识创新—企业国际化行为"这样一个无限循环的逻辑过程。以国际化知识创新为中介变量,构建了国际社会资本与企业国际化特征之间关系的实证研究框架:国际社会资本对国际化知识创新有显著的正向影响,国际化知识创新对企业国际化特征也有显著的正向影响,国际化知识创新在国际社会资本与企业国际化特征关系中扮演着完全中介的角色。为了实现企业可持续国际化成长,应高度重视国际化知识创新,具体策略是加强国际社会资本的培育。 The model of firm＇s internationalization process based on social capital and knowledge innovation describes such an infinite circulatory logical process,that is,＂international social capital-internationalization knowledge innovation-enterprise＇s internalization behavior＂.Using internationalization knowledge innovation as the intermediate variable,and the empirical research frame of the relationship between international social capital and firm＇s internationalization features is constructed： international social capital has a notable positive influence on the internationalization knowledge innovation,in the meantime,internationalization knowledge innovation has a notable positive effect on the corporation＇s internationalization features,and internationalization knowledge innovation plays a complete intermediate role in the relationship between international social capital and firm＇s internationalization features.In order to make enterprise＇ internationalization sustainable growth,great importance should be attached to the internationalization knowledge innovation,and the specific strategy is to strengthen the cultivation of international social capital.
