摘　　要： 综述了瓜类蔬菜再生系统的建立、转基因的方法以及目的基因的转化和表达的研究进展,讨论了瓜类蔬菜转基因存在的问题和研究前景。 Recent progresses on the research of regeneration system establishment of cucurbit vegetables,methods of transformation and expression of target genes were reviewed in this paper.Problems and prospects of the field of research were also discussed.
