摘　　要： 高校二级学院办公室作为学院的综合管理服务机构,起到协调各方,承上启下的作用。目标管理是现代企业管理模式中比较流行、比较实用的管理方式之一,将其应用于高校二级学院办公室,建设相应的目标管理机制,是提高高校二级学院办公室工作能力和水平,促进学院管理工作有效开展的一条值得探讨的新途径。 In an university,a school office is a comprehensive management organization which provides services to the school so that it can cope with internal and external relations swimmingly. Management by objective is an efficiency procedure which is popular in modern enterprise. Constructing an objection management mechanism may be a considerably effective way to improve the ability level of a school office.
