摘 要: 采用机械和电磁复合搅拌法制备了铝-石墨半固态复合材料,研究了石墨的加入对复合材料摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,加入石墨后,Al-9Gr复合材料的主要磨损机制为犁削和剥层破坏;其摩擦因数随着压力的增大而增大,随摩擦时间的增加逐渐减小。在Al-9Gr复合材料摩擦过程中,石墨在摩擦表面分布越均匀,相对应的铝-石墨复合材料的摩擦因数越小。 Effects of graphite addition on frictional behavior of Al-9Gr matrix composites prepared by semi-solid mechanical-electromagnetic stirring method were investigated. The results indicate that wear mechanism of Al-9Gr composites with graphite addition is characterized by the plowing and delamination abrasion. The friction coefficient of the composites is increased with increasing in pressure and it is decreased with increasing in time, meanwhile, it is decreased with increasing in homogenization of graphite on wearing surface during friction process of Al-9Gr composites.
