摘　　要： 受美国次贷危机影响,一场金融风暴席卷全球,在作为世界工厂的中国,大量在城市打工的农民不得不因企业破产、裁员而返回家乡。本文基于对武汉市返乡青年农民工返乡后基本情况的一次调研结果,了解了武汉市返乡青年农民工社会保障的现状,对造成返乡农民工社会保障危机的主要原因进行了分析,并提出完善返乡农民工社会保障制度的一些政策建议。 Sparked by the American subprime mortgage crisis, a financial storm has swept the globe. In China, the workshop of the world, numerous rural migrant workers in cities have to return home due to the bankruptcy and downsizing of enterprises. Based on the results of a survey on the condition after the young peasant - workers returning from Wuhan city, this paper found out their current state of social security, analyzed the main reasons causing the crisis of their social security, and put forward some policy suggestions of improving the social security system for the home - returning migrant workers.
