摘　　要： 选择HOMSON集团的DWPI数据库,采集1965-01-01到2008-12-31的发光二极管(LED)背光源技术专利文献,建立专利数据库.采用Derwent Innovation Index专利分析系统,分别从专利申请总量和趋势、重点专利技术和持有人等方面,对LED背光源技术专利进行了深入的分析,并对比分析了国内外技术专利现状以及主要专利申请国家的申请情况.研究表明在LED背光源技术专利方面,我国原创性核心专利较少,还有待提高,并提出了发展我国LED背光源技术专利的策略. The DWPI patent database of HOMSON group was chosen. The LED backlight Lechnology patents between January l , 1965 and December 31, 2008 were collected and an associated patent database was established. Derwent Innovation Index patent anaiysis system was chosen. The LED backlight technology patents were analyzed deeply from the total amount of patent applications, key LED patents and key patent holders, respectively. The present patent status of China and abroad were compared, and the application status of the major countries were compared. The fact that our original core patents were nol many in the LED backlight was pointed out. The, patent strategy of developing our nation＇s LED backlight technology was discussed.
