摘　　要： 高校图书馆新馆的网络建设是图书馆的基础设施,网络建设的好坏直接决定了图书馆智能化建设的可靠性和高效性,直接影响到学校教学与科研的质量,也直接影响到基建、设备投资的可持续发展和利用。本文从"图书馆内部对网络的建设和管理"以及"读者对网络的使用"两个不同的角度对图书馆网络的建设进行了研究和分析,探讨了新馆网络的规划和建设模式。 Network construction is infrastructure of a new university library. It decided directly the reliability and efficiency of library intelligent construction. It discussed the quality of teaching and science research, too. Network plan and construction of new university library was discussed in this article. First the article analysed network construction and management from the angle of librarian. Then the article also studied network use from the angle of readers.
