摘 要: 通过对纳他霉素提取工艺的研究,建立了有机溶剂萃取法从湿菌体中提取纳他霉素的工艺路线和参数。发酵液经抽滤后收集湿菌体,加入适量甲醇,调节pH至10.0-10.5,离心后再调节pH至中性,经旋转蒸发结晶获得纳他霉素粗品。纳他霉素粗品再通过紫外分光光度法和管碟法效价检测,结果显示提取出的纳他霉素具有良好的生物活性。 In light of the research of extraction process, the process routes and parameters were identified by an organic solvent extraction method to extract Natamycin in wet cells. The wet cells were collected from fermentation solution by sucking filtration,. Methanol was added with pH 10.0--10. 5, and then centrifuged with neutralized pH. Finally, Natamycin was evaporated and crystallized. The titer was tested by the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and cup-plate method. The result suggested that natamycin had a favorable bioactivity.
