铁炭微电解深度处理焦化废水的研究

摘  要: 采用铁炭微电解工艺对焦化废水生化处理出水进行深度处理研究。考察pH值、反应时间、铁屑和颗粒活性炭的投加量对处理效果的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件。动态连续试验结果表明,在原水初始pH值为3,反应时间为4 h,铁屑和颗粒活性炭的投加量分别为40和10 g/L,回流比R分别为100%和200%时,出水COD分别达到《钢铁工业污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—92)中的二级和一级标准,出水氨氮可以达到《钢铁工业污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—92)中的二级排放标准。研究结果表明,铁炭微电解是深度处理焦化废水的一种有效工艺。 The advanced treatment of the effluent of biochemical treated coking wastewater through ironcarbon micro-electrolysis process was studied. The influences of pH value, reaction time, iron powder and granular activated carbon dosage on wastewater treatment were investigated, and the optimal reaction condition was determined finally. The results of the continuous flow experiment showed that, when the initial pH value of the raw water was 3, the reaction time was 4 h, the dosage of iron powder and granular activated carbon were 40 and 10 g/L respectively, the reflux ratio R were 100% and 200% respectively, the mass concentration of COD in effluent water met the Discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry( GB 13456--92) grade II and grade I, the mass concentration of NH3-N in effluent water met the Discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry (GB 13456--92) grade II. Therefore, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis is an effective process for coking wastewater advanced treatment.
