摘 要: 本文研究了制备温度对碳酸钙-细小纤维复合填料中碳酸钙粒子形貌、粒径、其在细小纤维上吸附量的影响以及复合填料的加填应用。结果表明,温度对碳酸钙粒子形貌影响不明显,生成的碳酸钙均为立方体,随着温度的升高碳酸钙粒径变大且分布变宽,其在细小纤维上的吸附量先增加后减小,40℃时达到最大值70.5%。研究了不同制备温度的复合填料在纸张中的应用,结果表明,较低温度制备的复合填料的加入,纸张具有较高的抗张强度、内结合强度、透气度和光散射系数。 In this paper, the effects of preparation temperature on the shape and size of CaCO3 , the adsorption of CaCO3 on fines and application of composite fillers were investigated. The results showed that temperature had little effect on the shape of CaCO3 , and at the condition of this paper the shapes of CaCO3 were all cube, the size of Ca- CO3 was bigger and size distribution was wider with temperature increasing, the mass of adsorption of CaCO3 on fiber fines increased first and then decreased, reaching the maximum at 40~C. The application of composite fillers which was prepared at different temperatures was also investigated, the results revealed that the paper had better internal bonding, tensile strength, air permeability and light scattering coefficient in case of using the composite filler prepared at lower temperature.
