摘　　要： 肇庆学院管理信息化实验中心作为一所地方高校的综合性实验室,其建设和管理模式的选择,将直接影响其利用效率、实验教学水平和人才培养质量。文章在阐述其建设原则的同时,提出了"六化"、"六到位" As an integrated laboratory of local college, the choice of its construction and management mode will directly affect the utilization efficiency, the experimental teaching level and the personnel training quality. For constructing the Management Informatization Laboratory Centre of Zhaoqing University, this paper presents some constructive principles, suggests some constructive ideas and promoting measures.
