摘　　要： 介绍了表面贴装技术的相关内容,结合学校电子工艺实习的特色,将其引入教学中。选用脉冲可调恒流充电器作为表面贴装技术的实习作品,开展了相关的实践教学,最后总结了包括焊接距离、焊膏的保存以及在使用再流焊机的过程中需调节其焊接工艺温度曲线等在教学过程中的一些经验。 Surface mount technology is introduced, and applied on teaching based on our electronic process practice course. The pulse adjustable constant current charger is adopted as the surface mount technology practice production. At last, several experiences are concluded, such as jointing interval, the preservation of the sparkle paste, the adjustment of the weld technics temperature curve of the reflow machine, and so on.
