三系水稻恢复系品种航天诱变后代恢复力变化的研究初报
Preliminary Study on the Changes of Restoring Abilities of Restoring Line of Three Lines Rice by Space Mutation

摘  要: 为研究恢复系品种航天诱变后代恢复力变化的情况,利用返回式卫星搭载水稻干种子,回收返地种植,考察其后代的性状表现及遗传变异,结果表明:经航天诱变后,三系水稻恢复系品种11个突变株系与6个不同细胞质来源和不同基因型的三系不育系测交,其后代的结实率发生了较大的改变,由双因素方差分析结果可知,不同突变株测交后代的结实率差异达到极显著水平,说明经航天诱变后,恢复系突变株对不育系育性的恢复能力发生了一定程度的改变,且这种恢复力的变化也表现出双向性。同时测交后代的经济、农艺性状也发生了一定的改变,有的与CK差异达到极显著水平。通过航天诱变可选育出新的恢复系。 In order to study the changes of restoring abilities of restoring line of three lines rice by space mutation,the dry seeds of rice were carried by recoverable satellite for space mutation,after recovery,the seeds were sowed on the earth and the character heredity and variation of their progenies were observed.The results indicated that the filled grain percent of test cross progenies,which come from 11 mutant lines of three lines restoring rice test with 6 three lines sterile rice of different types of cytoplasmic and genotype,had changed a great deal.The results by two factors variance analysis indicated that there existed significant difference among filled grain percent of test cross progenies of different mutant lines.The restoring abilities of restorer lines to sterile lines had changed to certain extent by space mutation and this change had two trends.At the same time,main economic and agronomic characters of test cross progenies changed to a certain extent,and some of these changes had significant difference with CK.All of these indicated that it is possible to breed new restorer lines by spaceflight breeding.
