摘 要: 本文设计的光谱测量系统是一种在可见光波段对样品进行非接触式快速连续光谱测试的装置。系统采用可调液晶滤光片和面阵接收器件实现光谱成像,并对样品的透射光信息进行采集存储处理后,得出样品的吸收光谱,为中药材质量及药性检测提供一种方法。待测样品只需简单的物理方法将其磨成粉末或切成薄片,可使中药在原生态下重复进行无损检测。实验结果表明:在可见光波段,该系统可以根据药材的吸收光谱曲线区分出西洋参、黄连、黄柏、延胡索、黄皮与小檗碱六种样品的种类。 The designed imaging system is the device that measures the continuous spectrum in visible light. In the system,the liquid crystal tunable filter (LCTF) is used as the spectrum-dividing component. CMOS is Used as the receiver component. The spectral resolution is 0.5 nm. We grind material into powder or chip them only. It keeps the basic shape of the crude drugs because it does not need sublimating and solvents. The experimental result shows:In visible light, this device can distinguish five traditional Chinese medicine according to absorption spectrum curve of crude drugs. The system adopts noncontact measurement, the detection procedure is fast and non-destructive.
