摘　　要： 本文阐释了广东省百岭村"村企合作模式"何以能产生的利益逻辑,何以能持续的组织效率来源。个案发展经验表明,家庭承包经营基础上发展出组织化、企业化的农业经营组织具有必要性,但单一的土地流转制度改变并不能解决问题的全部,必须有一系列匹配性条件。百岭村发展个案能为中国农业实现现代化、村庄实现转型的路径选择提供经验,预示着我国农村源于基层的广阔创新空间。 This article explains the benefits logic of the origin of village-enterprise cooperation and the efficiency source of its continuity based on the case of Bailing village in Huidong county Guangdong province.From the perspective of the organizational structure features,the model of village-enterprise cooperation solves or mitigates the problem of supervision in large-scale,organized farming,and forms the consistent of supervision motivation and the internal efficiency.It also hastens the modern agricultural production way characterized by economy of scale and economy of scope to create a new idealized Bailing village.The case of Bailing Village shows the creativity and diversity in choices of rural organization system in the period of social transition,so it provides experience for choosing the path to achieve agricultural modernization and village transformation.
