摘　　要： 风险评估是保证项目运营的关键步骤,以往风险评估主要关注项目中单个风险的评估,但是项目中的各风险因素存在相互影响、相互作用的关系。风险评估带有明显的模糊性和主观性,为量化分析项目综合风险,文中引用模糊数学的综合评判法构建项目综合风险的模糊评估模型,并辅之以案例计算分析,为项目综合风险评估提供操作理论基础。 A project may involve a variety of sources of risk. While factors in risk management interact with each other, the traditional risk assessment system is concerned only with a single individual factor, and comprehensive assessment of the risk is not given enough emphasis. The author employs a fuzzy approach to the comprehensive risk assessment of project and gives an example for analysis.
