摘 要: "终身雇佣制"在日本的形成和发展有其特殊的社会基础。通过对日本企业制度产生的社会背景的分析,讨论了在当前持续的经济不景气面前,作为日本传统管理模式标志之一的"终身雇佣制"在日本继续存在的必然性。对新形势下"终身雇佣制"的可能变化进行了展望。 Lifetime employment system in Japan, the formation and development of their particular social foundation. Produced by the Japanese enterprise system, the social background of the analysis and discussion in the current face of continued economic downturn, as one of tile halhnarks of traditional Japanese management model of "lifetime employment" system in Japan, the continued existence of necessity. Under the new situation, "lifetime employment" system may be changes in the outlook.
