摘　　要： 文章首先回顾近些年的食品安全事故;然后阐述我国近年来城乡差距扩大的过程以及基尼系数的表现;再从博奕论的角度分析,在现行监督制度不健全的条件下食品安全问题的出现;最后说明食品安全问题是城乡收入差距扩大化所导致诸多社会问题的温和表现,并指出十七届三中全会的三农政策的落实是解决食品安全问题的根源性措施。 Since the economic reform,the income gap between urban and rural residents has become bigger,which leads to many social problems.The problem in Food safety is one of the social problems.The author makes a deep analysis on the causes of the problem in food safety,which often occurs in recent years.In the author's opinion,it is not accidental,but is the mild result of the widening income gap between urban and rural residents and the implementation of the policies concerning countryside,agriculture and farmers is the essential measure to solve the problem in food safety.
