摘　　要： 为了更好地研究鸡蛋抗压特性、抗破坏力与其它物理特性的相关关系,利用现代自动化控制技术,对原有的检测装置进行了改进,设计了基于单片机的鸡蛋自动化抓取控制系统,对电路的设计进行了分析。利用MABLAB分析软件对改进后的实验数据进行了分析处理。结果表明,利用自动化抓取控制系统对鸡蛋物理特性进行检测的效果优于之前的检测装置,提高了鸡蛋检测的精度,实现了检测自动化。 In order to better study the correlation between the characteristics of eggs, anti - destructive power of resistance and other physical properties, automated crawler eggs control system is designed using MCU technology based on the orig- inal detection devices, and its circuit is analyzed, experimental data processing is analyzed by MABLAB, the results show that automated control system of the eggs test is better than before, which improve the detection accuracy of an egg ,achieve automated testing.
