摘　　要： 文章在传统的快速成形工艺的基础上,提出了利用选择性电阻焊来进行快速成形的新方法。针对SRW快速成形技术的特点,对其切片和数控等工艺参数进行了详细的研究。提出了提高成形精度的边缘细化算法以及证明了SRW快速成形工艺特有的成形自调节功能。分析了目前SRW快速成形技术所存在的一些问题,并提出相应的解决方案。 The paper proposed a new rapid prototyping method to use selective resistance welding based on the traditional rapid prototyping process and study in detail the slice and CNC process parameters of SRW Rapid Prototyping Technology. Proposed an edge thinning algorithm to improve the accuracy of forming and proved the self-regulatory function of SRW rapid prototyping. Finally suggested the corresponding solutions to some forming process problems.
