摘 要: 数控设备Agent化模型是Agent化方法研究的核心内容之一。文章以数控铣削加工中心为研究对象,简述了多Agent系统,并对制造资源Agent化过程进行分析,提出了元Agent的概念,总结出一种数控设备Agent化模型。运用相关传感器对铣削加工过程中刀具三位力信号进行采集及分析,建立异构加工中心之间的通信,并在该模型基础上,开发出了应用于生产实践的远程监控及调度系统。试验结果表明,该系统具备较好的实用性和经济性。可以应用推广于中小型企业。 The Agentified model of CNC Machine Tools is one of the core research field of M ethodology for Agent. We introduced multi-agent system (MAS) based on CNC milling machining centre, and analysized the process of Agentification of manufacturing resources. Then the concept of Original Agent came about and finally we summarized a Agentified CNC Machine Tools M odel. The relevant sensors were used to collect and analysize three dimentional forces-Fx, Fy and Fz-through the process of milling. We also established the communication among different isomery machining centre and developed remote monitoring and dispatching system applied to productive practice based on the module. The experiments showed such system is of fantastic utility and economical efficiency. We could popularize such system in medium and small-sized enterprises.
