摘　　要： 医务人员行医规范之本体理应包括规范的法律渊源;技术性和人本性是医务人员行医规范的基本性质,也是医务人员行医规范区别于其他医学规范和其他法学规范的根本特征;医务人员行医规范的内容是医务人员行医规范本体的主要组成部分。 The nounmenon of medical personnel practice should include the source of law of norms. Technical nature and human nature is the fundamental nature of norms and is also the fundamental characteristics of medical personnel practice norms which is different from other medical norms and other legal norms. Medical practice norms are the major part of the nounmenon of medical personnel practice.
