摘 要: 随着网络的普及,网络招聘已经成为组织常用的招聘方式之一,随着网络招聘实践的不断深入,引起了许多研究者的关注,并开展了一系列研究。本文对网络招聘的概念、形式、优缺点、组织选用网络招聘的现状、求职者和招聘人员对网络招聘的反应、网络招聘的有效性等方面的研究进展逐一进行了介绍。 With internet popularization, Internet recruitment has become a common practice for recruitment. As a result, a lot of researchers are attracted and have done many researches on internet recruitment. This paper appraises the progress of these researches and introduces major concepts of internet recruitment including forms of internet recruitment, their respective advantages and disadvantages, the status quo of and applicants' and recruiters' responses to internet recruitment, and effectiveness of internet recruitment.
