碳化钨对截齿金属陶瓷涂层性能的影响

摘  要: 采用真空和惰性气体保护液固相烧结方式制备了金属陶瓷涂层,通过对涂层的微观组织分析、硬度测量和抗磨损性能实验,研究了碳化钨对金属陶瓷涂层硬度、耐磨性和致密度等物理和机械性能的影响。结果表明,机械球磨合金化状态下的WC粉末和Co、Ni、Fe、Cr、B、Si自熔性合金粉的混合粉末在真空和惰性气体保护下烧结后,形成梯度材料使截齿性能得到优化,粘结相硬度可达HV676.3,硬质相硬度达到HV1753.2。在工程和矿山用截齿的头部烧结金属陶瓷涂层,可显著提高齿体的耐磨性,使截齿的寿命提高2~3倍。 By means of solid-liquid phase sintering protected in vacuum or protected with inert gas, the ceramic-metal coating was prepared. The influence of WC on the physics and mechanical properties of the ceramic-metal coating, such as hardness, wear resistance, tightness and so on, was investigated by analyzing the coatings microstructure, measuring its hardness and testing its abrasion resistance. Results show that, under the condition of mechanical milling alloying, the metal ceramic coating sintered by the mixed powder of WC and self-melting alloy powders of Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, B, Si can obtain the best performance, protected by vacuum and inert gas, form gradient fuction material that make performance ofpick optimize. And the hardness ofcementing phase can reach to HV 676.3, and the hardness of hard phase can reach to HV 1 753.2. This kind of ceramic-metal coating is sintered on the head of pick which is used in the field of project and mining. And it makes the wear resistance of the pick body increase significantly and promotes its life by 2 to 3 times.
