摘 要: 以不同浓度Al3+处理豌豆幼根根尖,24 h后通过测定幼根的相对伸长率、不同根段的胼胝质含量、POD活性同时结合苏木精染色,探讨不同浓度Al3+对豌豆根尖生长的影响。结果表明:幼根伸长明显受到抑制,苏木精染色的颜色也随Al3+浓度上升而加深;不同根段的胼胝质含量明显增加,当Al3+浓度大于50μmol/L后,差异达到显著;幼根的POD活性显著降低。说明Al3+抑制豌豆幼根的生长,其敏感浓度为50μmol/L。 Influences of different concentration of Al^3+ on the roots of pea (Pisum sativum) were studied by determining root elongnation,callose production,activity of peroxide(POD) and hematoxylin stain of root apices after treated by Al^3+ for 24 h. The results showed that root elongation was obviously inhibited and activity of POD decreased with the increase of Al^3+ concentration. Callose content increased with the increase of Al^3+ concentration and significantly increased at Al^3+ concentration over 50 μmol/L accompanied with heavy hematoxylin stain. These results indicated that Al^3+ inhibited root growth and the sensitive concentration of Al^3+ to root tip of pea is 50μmol/L.
