摘 要: 在归纳分析目前高速公路改扩建实施模式利弊的基础上,从道路基本属性、交通组织难易程度、项目工程造价、工程技术可靠性、公路可持续发展以及外界自然条件等方面构建了改扩建模式选择的评价指标体系,并利用熵值法计算各指标的具体权重,提出评价的标准和方法,最后对评价结果的分析提出具体建议。研究结果表明,该评价指标体系能反映高速公路改扩建模式选择的影响因素和各类模式的特点。 The advantages and disadvantages of different models of expressway reconstruction in China are discussed. The road characteristic, difficulty of traffic organization, project construction costs, technical reliability, road of sustainable development and natural condition are ana lyzed to develop the evaluation indicator system of expressway reconstruction model, the weighing of every indicator is calculated by entropy method, the evaluation standards and method are proposed, the specific suggestions for selecting the implementation modes by evaluation system are summed up. The results show that the evaluation indicator system can reflect the influence factor to select model and the characteristics of every model. 2 tabs, 6 figs, 10 refs.
